So this was a super, super quick doodle of Caleim a new character to you but a character I've had in my head for over a year. Basically this is the chibi version of her just so I could get her markings down. But idk if I like it so far.

Caleim is supposed to be this.... doll. She was a normal canine at one time who lived a nice life. But she grew sick, and someone close to her (haven't decided if it's her possible mate or maybe a relative) was a genius toy maker. He saved her from dying by turning her into a mechanical doll. She looked a lot like her old self, but when she walks you can hear gears spinning and cogs meshing. Her whole body is made of clockwork. The story continues but I've yet to get to that in detail.

Just like.... at the moment I'm brain dead. If anyone wants to help me think of markings or has any ideas I would love them forever c:

i think the hair makes her seem kind of.. idk.. i cant really put it into words but i LOVE the idea in itself. very cool. :D and the colourscheme does look quite nice quite nice

aww wonderful design and story so far. my dog fursona, Jigsaw, also has a wind up key in her back, and other small toy characteristics, but a very different story... we should have a picture/small story where they meet up :D
